At YOUR PATH TO FREEDOM, our purpose is to aid individuals in overcoming mental health issues and addiction, while also addressing the symptoms of addiction that contribute to critical social issues within our communities. We strive to offer support to as many people and communities as possible, given our available resources.
Mental health issues and addiction can significantly impact an individual's life, as well as the lives of their loved ones and community, leading to potential degradation. Thus, addressing the needs of the whole person and their surrounding community is imperative.
At YOUR PATH TO FREEDOM, we acknowledge the far-reaching effects of mental health issues and addiction and work tirelessly to provide tailored support to those who need it most.

YOUR PATH TO FREEDOM was established to help people tackle mental health problems and addiction in its many forms and assist in tackling the symptoms of the challenges. Please see our current projects.
Many of the problems surrounding mental health and addiction can be connected and can therefore influence the quality of life of many people inside and outside of our communities, so, our approach is:
1. Identify with outreach or assess our incoming clients
2. Place with the relevant project(s).
3. Extend to other specialist organisations.
If you or someone you know has been impacted by mental health challenges, addiction, or if you belong to a community that has been affected by these issues, we encourage you to not hesitate in seeking support.
